BANANA & COCAO MOUSSE

  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped

  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder or nibs

Optional:

  • coconut or almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons honey 

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse into smooth. Adjust milk for a thicker or thinner consistency. Refrigerate to allow to further set and then serve. Optional: top with chopped nuts. Add fresh fruits and you have super healthy and guilt-free dessert.
