FRESH JUICES

Green Power for Good Morning

  • 2 cups of Kale

  • 2 cups of Spinach

  • 2cm cut of Fresh Ginger

  • juice from 1/2 or 1 Lemon or Lime

  • 5-8 ends of Asparagus

  • 1 Cucumber

  • Green Apple or 2 if want it sweeter taste

Start to make a juice using Ginger first, add Asparagus, Kale Spinach, and finish with Green Apple. You can add ice to make cold, or if you make for later leave in the fridge until cold. If you use Slow Cold Press Juices you can keep your juice in the fridge for 3 day, still is packed with loads of Nutritions. Enjoy! 

Very Simple Yellow

  • 1 Pineaple

  • 2 cm cut of Fresh Ginger

  • 1/2 or 1 Lemon or Lime

  • additional you can add Coconut Water 

Start with Ginger, cut Pineaple and Lemon or Lime and make a juice. Enjoy!

Strong Orange

  • 2 Oranges

  • 1 or 2 Red Apples

  • 1-2 Carrots

Opiotnal:

  • 2cm cut of Fresh Ginger

  • Coconut Water as desire

Start with Oranges, peel and cut in chunks, add Carrots and finish with Apples.

Very Red with Beetroot

  • 1 Medium Beetroot

  • 1 pack of Red Grapes

  • 1-2 Carrots

  • 2-3 Red Apples

Start with Beetroot, add Red Grapes, Carrots and finish with Apples. Enjoy delicious juice.

Beetroot & Red Fruits Combo

  • 1 Medium Beetroot

  • 200g Blueberries

  • 1 Lime

  • 1-2 slices of Watermelon

  • Red or Green Apples

  • Coconut Water

Start with Blueberries, add Beetroot and Lime, Watermelon. Finish with Apple. The consistency is pretty thick add Coconut Water as desired. Enjoy delicious juice.

Kiwi & Green Apple

  • 4 Kiwis

  • 1-2 Green Apple

  • Coconut Water / optional

Start with Kiwis, add Apple. Optional you can add Coconut Water as desired. Enjoy delicious juice.

Spinach with Kiwi and Apple

  • 3 Kiwis

  • 1 Green Apple

  • 1-2 cups of Spinach

  • Coconut Water / optional

Start with Kiwis, add Spinach and finish with Apple. Optional you can add Coconut Water as desired. Enjoy delicious juice.
