Stawberries & Banana

2 cups fressh or fozen strawberries

1 fresh banana, peeled

1 cup milk (almond milk, coconut milk)

Combine in a blender the mixed berries. Cover and blend until smooth. Add more liquid, if needed for desired consistency.

Berry Smoothie

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 cup blackberries

1/2 cup raspberries

1 cup almond milk, skim milk or water, herbal or fruity tea - yogiTea is a great choice

Combine in a blender the mixed berries. Cover and blend until smooth. Add more liquid, if needed for desired consistency.

Banana and Kiwi

1 medium or large banana

2 kiwi

2 teaspoon flax seeds, milled

1 cup almond, coconut or skim milk, water, herbal or fruity tea - yogiTea is a great choice

Put all ingredients to the blender and mix until is smooth. Add more liquid, if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy your healthy drink.

Blueberry and Mango

1 cup fresh blueberries

1 cup mango chunks

1 cup almond, coconut milk, skim milk or water/juice/herbal or fruity tea - yogiTea is a great choice

1/4 cup ice chips, optional

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If you use fresh blueberries the smoothie might be room temperature. Refrigerate until drink is desired temperature. Add more liquid, if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy your smoothie.

Mango and banana

1 medium banana​

1 medium mango, chunked

1 cup almond, cashew or skim milk, water, herbal or fruity tea - yogiTea is a great choice

1 cup orange juice, optional

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add more liquid, if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy your smoothie.

Blueberries and Banana

1 medium banana​

1 cup blueberries

1 cup almond, coconut  or skim milk, water, herbal or fruity tea - yogiTea is a great choice

1 smoked beetroot, optional​

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add more liquid, if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy your smoothie.

Strawberry and Mango

1 cup strawberries

2 teaspoon flax seeds milled, optional

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add more liquid, if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy your smoothie.

Melon Cucumber Smoothie

¼ cucumber
¼ honey melon (approx. 125 g)
75 g (soy) yogurt
1 tsp. lime juice
Juice of ¼ orange
1 cup YOGI TEA® DETOX


Brew one cup of YOGI TEA Detox and let cool. Cut the cucumber and melon into coarse pieces and put in the blender together with the rest of ingredients and one half cup of the tea. Blend everything for 2 minutes at medium speed. Depending on the taste and consistency that you like, add the rest of the tea and/or water and blend for 10 seconds at the medium speed.

Cool Berry Mint

1 handful of mixed berries
2 bananas
Juice of 1 lime
10 mint leaves
3 tsp. agave syrup or cane sugar
1 cup of YOGI TEA® CLASSIC


First brew a cup of YOGI TEA® and let it cool off. Cut all of the ingredients into coarse pieces in advance, if necessary, and put in the high-performance blender with a half cup of tea.  For the desired consistency and taste, please add the rest of the tea and/or good water according to taste and mix for 10 seconds at medium speed (in a normal mixer only at the highest speed).

Apple Banana Smoothie

½ banana
½ apple (large)
175 ml fresh orange juice
100 ml rice or soy drink or water
1 tsp. honey or agave syrup
1 cup YOGI TEA® WOMEN’S BALANCE

 


Brew one cup of YOGI TEA® Women’s Balance and let it cool. Cut the fruit into coarse pieces and put in the blender with one half cup of the tea. Blend everything for 2 minutes at medium speed. Depending on the taste and consistency that you like, add the rest of the tea and/or water and blend for 10 seconds at the medium speed.
